Alan Cumming lends his voice through imagery to support bi-visibility in entertainment and media for the bisexual community.

Bi Social Network is delighted to announce Alan Cumming has signed on our imagery series for the “I am Visible’ Campaign, to help fight biphobia and bi-erasure and to showcase and support visibility in the bi community.

Cumming is a longtime activist on equality and civil rights for the bisexual, gay, lesbian and transgender community. Now working on CBS’s The Good Wife, for which he has received an Emmy, SAG and Satellite award nominations. Cumming has appeared in films opposite Helen Mirren, Cher, James Franco and Christina Aguilera; voiced a Smurf, a goat and Hitler; written articles for Newsweek, Harper’s Bazaar and Out. Has recorded an award-winning album of songs and a dance remix; made three documentaries—has released a second fragrance called “Second Cumming” and hosted PBS’s Masterpiece Mystery. He has also been named Time Magazine’s most fun people in show business.

Coincidentally, Paul Fitzgerald, an actor who has embraced our campaign at the start has been filming on the set of “The Good Wife” and is about to start filming a recurring role on HBO’s hit series “Treme.”

We are happy to have an actor who wants to help support biphobia no matter where it resides and wants to support this growing need of visibility within all communities.
