How long has Bi Social Network been around?

Answer:
Our company name and Website started in December 4, 2008.

Question:
Are you looking to hire?

Answer:
We are not hiring at this time, but we are always looking for “Contributing Writers” as an Intern to help you improve your social media and blogging skills. To learn more about our internships, please go to our Staff page or contact us, for more information.

Question:
What is your company name I see it as Bi Social News and Bi Social Network?

Answer:
Our site changed our legal name to Bi Social Network April of 2010. You will see some information out there with Bi Social News or BSN. Please adjust your bookmarks to www.bisocialnetwork.com moving forward.

Question:
I want to login into your site where is the login prompt?

Answer:
We have a new login policy. All visitors who would like to join and view all our content needs to sign up for a username and password. Signup or login, depending on if you are a new subscriber or just getting started. You will be set as a FREE member. You can also sign up for special content that will be for subscription members only.

Question:
What is the ‘I am Visible’ campaign?

Answer:
It’s a yearlong campaign is for all those regardless of age, race, group, sexuality, same-sex or opposite sex individuals who feel bisexuals have a place to debate, share their lives, participate, be seen in all things of straight and gay media, entertainment, (movies, books, television, radio, internet), politics, social lives and the every day—this movement for you.  It’s a sub-stie of  Bi Social Nework and can be found at visible.bisocialnetwork.com.

Question:
What is Bi Social Network’s stance on politics?

Answer:
Though, we as individuals may have a strong viewpoint on a particular slant regarding our political causes, Bi Social Network does not. Our writers comes from all sort of backgrounds and no one is every asked “are you liberal, conservative or any variation there of, we don’t care. Though, please note, there will be opinion articles on this site; even from the founder.  There will be debate—we like it that way.

Question:
I listened to your podcast or radio show, when does it air?

Answer:
Our radio show airs weekly on Wednesday at 5 p.m., Central time. Our show will last for 30 minutes each in entertainment, hot topic discussions on bisexual news of the week and celebrity and political interviews. You can find current and past podcasts under New Media >> Bi Talk Radio.

Question:
What is Bi Social Network’s Message?

Answer:
We are an online media outlet that mainly discusses entertainment news and opinion regarding the bisexual community. We also dabble in bisexual social causes that will be noted on our websites in form of articles, podcasts, radio, projects and campaign. We have social media sites like Facebook and Twitter that are their to discuss bisexual topics, make friends and connect with like-minded bisexuals and allies.

Question:
I have a great story or breaking news I want Bi Social Network to feature, How do I get in touch?

Answer:
Great! As a small media outlet we can’t see everything, so if something you feel will need the attention of the bisexual community and you want our help to make it known, please contact us and we will check it out and make it known. Note: All things to everyone doesn’t mean it will make the cut, but we will really really try to do so.

Question:

There is news or information that is about biphobia and bi-erasure and I want it to be known, what do I do?

Answer:
If we can’t get it out there fast and it REALLY is inline with the ‘I am Visible’ campaign post a link or comment on our Facebook page…. let the bisexual community know. Also, why not write a personal story about biphobia or bi-erasure you see! We would love to know what’s happening around the nation!
