Each July the Capital Fringe, a nonprofit organization which connects performing artists and audiences, hosts their Fringe Festival in the Washington, D.C., area. This year the festival is from July 7 until July 24 with the DC Aerial Collective as one of many performance groups. Founded in 2010, the DC Aerial Collective is a performing arts group of aerialists, musicians, and visual artists, which seeks to promote aerial performance as art. In a sense it is a local “Cirque du Soliel” for the D.C. region.

Not long after that, a great example of that came right along. SAN FRANCISCO—We’re excited to bring you the latest information on an upcoming bisexual event—years in the making! Not so long ago, we were debating on how we could become a bigger community and have bisexual events and the man starting the ball (literally) rolling is Johnny Fesenko, founder of Bi Bar . February 10, 2011 is the start of something great. Where bisexuals all around the nation can gather and share in the love of understanding who’s in the room—bisexuals or bi-friendly folks where everyone knows your eh, name. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist)

Join in the exhilaration and celebration and make a road trip—couples, singles, boys and girls join in the fun and make this event the beginning of something great! No longer will we cry, “Where’s a bi bar?” We have it! It starts February 10, 2011. No longer will we be afraid to go up to someone and ask them to dance no matter what gender, it’s all cool at Bi Bar at 1015 Folsom in San Francisco.

A new monthly dance party in San Francisco for bisexuals and bi-friendly people of all flavors! Go-go girls and boys, two dance floors, cutting edge video effects, and wall to wall sexy goodness…

We’ve all been there, “Should I go to a straight bar tonight?” “Perhaps I should head down to the local gay bar this Saturday?” Now you can really meet everyone—no matter the roles; pleasurable excitement, dancing and city night life, all at your finger tips. Plan a mini vacation—hell, bring your crew and enjoy this event of a lifetime, again and again and again. Can you feel it?

Bi Social Network is looking for attractive | sexy | geeky | cool | shy | tattooed, and anything in between men, women and couples who would like to join a movement of bi-visibility. If you want to help us showcase a world where bisexuals exist in all age groups, colors and walks of life—please contact us and share your stories.

Who are Needed?
You must be over 18 years-old or older. We are looking for any age group, race and nationality—famous or non to join this campaign. Individuals must be bisexual to be apart of this campaign.

If you are a couple, one person must be bisexual. We are looking for all types of couples, interracial, opposite-sex and same-sex men and women. The campaign will be a year long effort (2010-11) to showcase bi-visibility.

Do We Pay?
Right now we are looking for volunteers at this time.

What sort of campaign will this be?
This will be a campaign in two or three phases; photography, storytelling and/or video.

Where will this take place?
The head office is in Chicago, but if you know a photographer and can submit images as directed, you can join in this campaign. Also, you will be featured for an interview and on our Website.

Photographers or Inspired Video Gods
If you want a cause to join, why not come on board and lend a hand to this movement. We will feature you on Bi Social Network (Bi Talk Radio) and get your name out there. Help us help you! Together we can make a different in the lives of young and old alike.
